- 1 lb sweet potato
- 1 large onion
- 5 oz celery
- 5 oz carrot
- 3 garlic cloves
- a little salt or table tasty (1T)
- 2 cups veggie broth
- IP manual for 10 minutes
- after cooking
- add 2 heaping t sun dried tomatoes
- 1 t garlic granules
- 1 t vegan worstheschire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oat milk
