Ingredients
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 TB baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup cranberries
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, b powder, salt and b soda. Set aside. Cream butter, juice and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until moistened. Add berries, zest and nuts. Do not over mix. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 30 minutes. Or you can bake in three mini loaf pans for 45 minutes.
