Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons ginger root, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 salmon fillets

Preparation
Step 1
1. Simmer syrup-salt until reduced to 1/2 cup. Cool slightly.
2. Place salmon skin side down on sprayed broiler pan. Season. Broil 4 mins.
3. Brush with sauce. Broil 6 mins. more.
Notes: May want to double sauce.
