Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir fry vegetables (I used 2 since the bags were smaller than 16 ounces)
  • 2 - 2 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes (I used about 3 pounds)
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle stir-fry sauce, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Coat a 4 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Place frozen vegetables in the bottom and top with stew meat. In a medium bowl, stir together stir-fry sauce, water, and red pepper. Pour over stew meat and vegetables in crockpot.

At the end of cooking time, discard spice packets from ramen noodles and crumble the noodles into meat mixture. Cover and let stand 10 minutes more and then stir. Add the chopped green onions to each serving.

Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to add a printable version yet. I'm technologically challenged... :) Maybe just copy and paste it onto a Word document?

I like to copy then paste to an email page. That way I can print it out from there, prior to sending without any email address' & send it my friends including myself which upon return I place in a Recipe Folder for future use.

Great advice Anonymous.. I could believe I ad read that. Soups are wonderful whit these added pkg. or dips.

Can you use the strips already cut up for stir fry or does it have to be cubes of stew meat?

Any kind of meat should work just fine. Just make sure to tailor the stir fry sauce to match with the meat you are using.

Just copy and paste the internet address and send it to yourself through email.

Sorry if this double-posts, doesn't look my comment went through the first time. Talk about technology challenged! First, I love the recipe. i make something similar on the stove-top, but love my slow cooker! And then 2nd - your blog layout is sooo cute! Love the colors and the pattern :)
