Ingredients
- 1.25 oz. Sobieski Karamel Vodka
- .75 oz. Patron XO Café
- 2.0 oz. Half & Half
- .50 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1.0 oz. Monin Caramel Syrup (set aside 1/2 for topping)
- 1 Dash Kosher Salt
- Whipped Cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add ingredients in a mixing glass with fresh ice
2. Shake vigorously & strain into a martini glass
3. Garnish with whipped cream, followed by a drizzle of caramel and kosher salt
