Ingredients
- 2 cans ( 8 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (not to finely)
- 1 tsp. artichoke juice from can
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Hellman's mayo
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- dash oregano

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, pour into large pan (fits well in quiche pan). Tastes great when garnished with oregano - sprinkle on before baking. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with rye crisp crackers, french bread or triscuits.
