Ingredients

  • 5 cups oats, Rolled (Raw)
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together and pour into an ungreased 9x13" baking pan.

2. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until golden brown.

Notes: This was great! Easy and a nice wintery breakfast. Added some dried cranberries and cherries in addition to raisins. Halved the recipe for 2 of us and it was just barely enough.
