Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1/4C
  • fillets 4 fillets
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • butter 4 TB
  • lemon sliced 1
  • capers 1 jar

Preparation

Step 1

pat fish dry
season with salt & then coat it with flour
melt 1 TB butter in large skillet and add lemon slices
cook until lemon is lightly browned
push lemon to the side and add fish
cook fish until it flakes easily
add 1 TB capers

Repeat above for each fillet


This recipe works well with any white mild tasting fish like cod, red snapper or tilapia
