Reese's Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cups cocoa
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 2/3 cups reese's peanut butter chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, stir in chips. Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake, cookies will be soft. Cool slightly then remove and cool on wire rack.
