Ingredients
- Brine:
- 2 quarts vinegar
- 2 quarts water
- 1 cup pickling salt
- .
- 4 lbs. cucumbers
- for each jar:
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1-2 fresh sprigs of dill
- 1/4 tea. pickling spice
- 2-3 small dried red peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Scrub and soak cucumbers in ice water for 2-3 hours.
Bring brine to a boil.
Add spices and pickles to sterilized jars. Fill to 1/4" with hot brine.
Seal and process in hot water batjh for 15 minutes.
