If a Chocolate cocktail is what you crave, this one delivers! There seems to be quite a few Mississippi Mud recipes, and they usually include Chocolate, Marshmallows, and nuts. Our cocktail blends these three flavors into a decadent drink that would be equally appropriate at Happy Hour, or as a delicious dessert cocktail. It's simple to make, and a guaranteed party pleaser. Ingredients

• 1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
• 1 oz. Marshmallow Vodka
• .75 oz. Frangelico (Hazelnut Liqueur)
• .75 oz. Creme de Cocoa (dark)
• 2 oz. Half & Half
• 1 tsp. Chocolate Syrup
• Whipped Cream
• 2 Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the 4 spirits, Half & Half, and Chocolate Syrup in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Add a dollop of Whipped Cream, drizzle a bit of Chocolate Syrup over the Whipped Cream, and sprinkle the chopped Pecans on top. It takes about 3 minutes to make, and if you're not careful, it'll disappear a lot faster than that.
