Chocolate Cream Pie - Ava

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 6 Tblsp flour
• 6 Tblsp cocoa
• pinch of salt
• 3 egg yolks
• 2 c milk
• 2 Tblsp butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients. Cook stirring constantly until well thickened then remove and add butter and vanilla. Let cool then pour into cooked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.
