- olive oil/butter
- shallot
- champagne
- fish sauce
- lite cream (or FF milk, cornstarch slurry)
- S&P
- brown rice, butter
- parsley
- julienned carrots
- sauteed mushrooms
- scallions
- lemon wedges, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Sear fish; remove. Make sauce; add fish to simmer. Cook rice; toss with butter and parsley. Top with fish, sauce and veggies.
