Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 English cucumber, shredded and drained overnight.
1/2 packet Italian Dressing mix
Extra thin white bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, cucumber and italian seasoning. Taste and add more seasoning if desired. Spread a thin layer on two slices of bread and make a sandwich. Cut crusts off of slices and slice sandwiches into decorative shapes.
