Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1 package (9 oz.) chocolate hershey kisses
- icing sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Pour walnuts into food processor and blend until walnuts are ground.
Add walnuts, vanilla and flour to mixture and blend with mixing spoon.
Roll small amount of dough into a ball around each hershey kiss unil completely covered.
Grease cookie sheet with butter. Place balls on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. While still warm roll bals in icing sugar. Cool completely.
