Ingredients

9 c corn and/or rice Chex cereal
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c butter
1 t vanilla
1-1/2 c powdered sugar

Step 1

In a 2.5 gallon ziploc bag measure out cereal. Set aside
In a large microwave safe bowl melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter on high for one minute and stir. If not completely melted and smooth, keep warming for 30 second intervals. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal,seal bag and gently roll the bag around until evenly coated. Pour in powdered sugar and do the same until coated. Pour into container and enjoy!!
