  • 2 Cans of Mexican Corn
  • 1pk of PepperJack Cheese
  • 1 Bag of Tortilla Strips
  • 1 Btl of Zing Zang Bloody Mary
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2Tblsp of Cummin
  • 1Tblsp of Dark Chili Powder
  • 2 Cans of Tomato Paste
  • 2 Avocado
  • 2 Jalapeno
  • 1 Chili Pepper
  • 2 Boxes of Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tblsp of Vegetable Oil

Step 1

1. In Frying pan over Medium Heat, warm 1tblsp of oil. Add Onion, Garlic and 2 Tsp of Cilantro saute until golden brown,...about 10min.
2. Slightly Blend Tomatoes
3. In Frying pan over Medium Heat, warm another 1Tblsp of oil, add tomatoes and cumin cook for 5 min.
4. For 20min Large Saucepan, Transfer Mixture under low heat and Add Chicken Stock, Blood Mary and Dark Chili Powder...Partially Cover. Add Chicken Strips for another 3min.
