Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. of oil
- 1 lb. Sirloin Tips cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Can Condensed beef consume
- 1/3 Cup Cranberry juice
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 1/2 Teasp. Onion Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 4 Cups of cooked Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet, brown meat on all sides. Stir in consume, cranberry juice, garlic, and onion salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Blend cornstarch and water in separate bowl. Stir gradually into meat mixture. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over rice.
