Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, butterflied
bread crumbs
egg
cheese, monterey jack and cheddar
canadian bacon
turkey
chicken gravy (blue pkg)

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken in egg and bread crumbs. Stuff with cheese and meats. Secure with toothpicks. Add leftover crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice and gravy.
