14 oz jar applesauce
Italian blend cheese
almond slivers
dried cranberries or kraisins
bread crumbs

Step 1

Mix applesauce, almonds and bread crumbs to form paste consistency. Bake roast with bacon strips on top. When there is about 5 - 10 minutes left, spread topping on roast, sprinkle with a little bit of the Italian blend cheese and finish baking.
