Ingredients
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 med can tomoto sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 c water
- onion to taste
- winte to taste (I use vermouth)
- pinch of sugar
- basil
- 1 pound ground beef
- Italian sausage (I use brats)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onion. Put remaining ingredients in large pan. Add meats and onion - bring to boil. Simmer 2 1/2 hours. OR After browning meat, put all ingredients in slow cooker and set temperature according to length of time you want it to cook.
Serve over mostiociolli noodles.
