Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. beef stew meat
- 4 potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 4" pcs.
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can Baked beans in BBQ Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in 3 1/2 qt. to 4 qt. slow cooker. Spread beans over beef mixture. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. or until beef is tender.
