Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 large tomato, seeded & chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 TB minced fresh basil
- 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 2 TB olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all veggies in large bowl. In separate bowl, whisk marinade ingredients. Pour over veggies. Add cheese if desired. Cover and refrigerate for an hour if you can wait that long. Slice bread. Grill. Top with bruschetta.
