  • cups warm water

    package active dry yeast

  • 1

    tablespoon sugar

  • 5

    cups all-purpose flour, plus additional for kneading

  • 1

    tsp garlic salt

  • ¼

    c. dried or fresh chopped onion

  • 1

    TBS fresh or dried rosemary

  • 2

    TBS Olive Oil

  • Fresh or dried Rosemary and Parmesan cheese for topping


Combine all in breadmaker and select pizza setting. Generously oil a cookie sheet with olive oil and coat bread dough on all sides before stretching to fit pan. Poke in several places with finger and top with fresh or dried basil and parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour or until brown
