- 4-6 Breaded Chicken Patties of Tenderloins
- 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce (my fav is Classico 4 Cheese)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
Bake the chicken in oven according to directions. Sprinkle each side with Parmesan cheese during baking. At end of cook cycle top with sauce and Mozzerella cheese and continue cooking until Mozzerella is melted and browning.
Serve with buttered garlic pasta.
