Ingredients

  • 1 8 0z pkg egg noodles
  • 1 Ilb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Step 1

Cook noodles, drain. Saute meat until browned. Add seasonings and tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, onions, sour cream and noodles. In a baking dish, alternate noodle mixture with meat mixture. The top layer should be meat. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
