Ingredients
- Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
- About A Pound Of Chicken Thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 About 1 C Of Rice Flour
- Salt And Pepper
- Oil For Frying
- 3 T Butter
- 4 T Chili-Garlic Sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
- ½ C Blue Cheese (Rosenborg Is Gluten-Free)
- ⅓ C Sour Cream
- 1 T Mayonnaise
- A Splash Of Vinegar
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil to fry the chicken in. Salt and pepper the flour, then dredge each chicken piece in it, then drop carefully into hot oil. fry on each side a few minutes, until cooked through (cut one in half to test). Remove to paper towel when done to drain. Melt the butter slowly in a saucepan. Add chili sauce, stir to mix well, then toss chicken.
Blue cheese sauce ½ c blue cheese (Rosenborg is gluten-free) ⅓ c sour cream 1 T mayonnaise a splash of vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced
Mash everything together.
