Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1-1/4 cup flour
• 3/4 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and egg.

Mix together and add flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls in ungreased tassie pan. Do not shape or press dough down. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes Remove from oven. While hot, place peanut butter cup in center of dough. Let cool and remove from pan.
