- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- Topping:
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Crust: Stir together graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbs sugar and melted butter. Press into a 10 inch springform pan. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven; let oven; let cool. Turn off oven and open door to cool.
Filling: Meanwhile, beat together softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Spoon into the cooled crust. Place in cool oven. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes. Pour Topping over baked cheesecake. Return to oven for 8 minutes longer. Cool. Refrigerate overnight.
Topping: Stir together 1 pint sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 tsp almond extract and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
