Ingredients
- Velveeta Cheese Sauce:
- 2 12 oz bag broccoli
- OR
- 1 12 oz bag broccoli
- 1 12 oz bag cauliflower
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 TBS flour
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Cheddar Cheese Sauce:
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 TBS all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (8 oz?) (shredded)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steam veggies to crisp tender.
In small saucepan, melt butter on medium-low heat. Remove from heat and stir in flour until well blended. Return to heat. Gradually stir in milk -- whisk until smooth. Gradually add cubes of cheese (or cheddar cheese) until melted completely, stirring frequently. Stir in salt & pepper.
Mix veggies & cheese, stir well to coat.
