Vanilla Buttercream Frosting with Variations

Ingredients

• 3 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar, 1 16 oz box
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 3 Tablespoons milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• Chocolate Variation
• 1/2 cup unsweeted cocoa powder
• Lemon Variation
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
• 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl on medium-low speed until blended. Increse speed to hgh. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

2. For Lemon variation omit milk and vanilla.
