Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar, 1 16 oz box
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Chocolate Variation
- 1/2 cup unsweeted cocoa powder
- Lemon Variation
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl on medium-low speed until blended. Increse speed to hgh. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
2. For Lemon variation omit milk and vanilla.
