Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce*
- 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 pounds chicken drumettes, patted dry

Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Toss drumettes in 1/4 cup of sauce; use rest for baked chicken.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake chicken for 30 minutes total – 15 minutes on each side.
3. Toss baked chicken in 1/2 of remaining sauce and serve the other 1/2 on the side for dipping.
