Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
•Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, seasonings and bouillon in large pot.
• Cover and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
• In a separate bowl, gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended.
• Gradually add flour mixture to hot vegetables, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
• Add Velveeta and stir until melted.
