  • 2 cups starter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 7 cups flour
  • 2 cup hot water
  • 1 TBS yeast
  • 1 TBS diastatic Malt powder



Step 1

Preheat oven to 500F. Mix starter, olive oil, salt, water, yeast, malt and flour together in a mixing bowl until it blends and forms a ball. Allow dough to rest for about 30 min. Roll out. Pre-bake crust for 7 min, then brush with olive oil. Top and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly.
Makes 4 lg pizzas.
