- 1 cup starter
- 9 cups flour
- 4 cups water, filtered
- Day 2
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix water with starter thenadd 9 cups of flour. Let rise overnight.
2. Punch down and add Day 2 ingredients. Knead for 7-10 minutes. Shape into loaves. Let rise at room temperature until doubled in size. Preheat over to 375 F. Bake bread for 45 minutes. Spray intermittently with water mister.
