Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 7/8 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup Craisins
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate with pulp
- 2 Tablespoons oil

Step 1
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir in craisins. In a 2 cup measure, beat egg milk, orange juice and oil until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Drop into 12 muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes in preheated 350F oven.
