- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 ounces bakers chocolate
- dash salt
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar

In small bowl, combinecream cheese, water and coffee; beating until creamy. Blend in chocobake and salt. Gradually beat in sugar. Continue beating until thick enough to spread.
