  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups flour
  • Frosting
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream together sour cream, butter, and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Then add remaining ingredients. Drop by TBSfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes.

2. Frosting: Cream butter, vanilla, and sugar. Divide in half. Add cocoa to one bowl. Frost each cookie half chocolate and half vanilla.
