Ingredients
- 1 lb of Ground Turkey or shredded chicken
- Chili powder
- Garlic Salt
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Jack cheese
- 1 Can of enchilada sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking dish. Cook ground turkey sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt. Overlap 6 tortillas on the bottom covering dish completely. Spoon ground turkey or shredded chicken over tortillas. Sprinkle with both cheese's. Top with remaining tortillas pour enchilada sauce over tortillas bake for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake till cheese melts. You can use as much cheese as you like for this dish. I also sometimes top with green onions and chopped olives.
