Ingredients
- 4 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 4 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 chicken breasts, no skin, no bone,
- R-T-C
- 2 white potato, cooked and cubed
- 2 pie crust (9 inch)
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in pot and stir in flour to make a thick paste. Stir in broth, cream, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Simmer until thickened. Add veggies, potatoes, and chicken, stir to combine.
3. Pour into pie crusts, add top crust, poke holes to vent.
4. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
5. Freeze second pie for another time.
