BLACK BEAN AND FETA CHEESE SALSA

Ingredients

  • 1/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1/4 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 TSP GARLIC SALT
  • 1 CAN PRIVATE SELECTION ORGANIC BLACK BEANS DRAINED AND RINSED
  • 1 CAN WHITE SHOEPEG CORN DRAINED
  • 8 OZ FETA CHEESE CRUMBLED
  • 1 bunch SCALLIONS, CHOPPED

Preparation

Step 1

WHISK THE VINEGAR, OIL, SUGAR AND GARLIC SALT IN A BOWL UNTIL BLENDED. ADD THE BEANS,CORN, CHEESE AND SCALLIONS AND MIX WELL.
