- 1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TSP GARLIC SALT
- 1 CAN PRIVATE SELECTION ORGANIC BLACK BEANS DRAINED AND RINSED
- 1 CAN WHITE SHOEPEG CORN DRAINED
- 8 OZ FETA CHEESE CRUMBLED
- 1 bunch SCALLIONS, CHOPPED

Step 1
WHISK THE VINEGAR, OIL, SUGAR AND GARLIC SALT IN A BOWL UNTIL BLENDED. ADD THE BEANS,CORN, CHEESE AND SCALLIONS AND MIX WELL.
