Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease twelve to fifteen 2½-inch muffin cups.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
3. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 400ºF for approximately 20-22 minutes.
Notes: These were delicious! I had to add about 1/4 cup milk, but probably didn't have enough banana to begin with. Delicious.
