Ingredients
- 3 cups apple slices
- 1 (10 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 t grated orange rind
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 c butter

Preparation
Step 1
Peel, core and slice apples, combine with cranberry sauce and orange rind; set aside.
Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt then cut in butter until crumbly mixture forms. Press a third of the mixture over bottom of greased 9X9X2 pan. Spread with fruit, then top with remaining oat mixture. Bake 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with frozen yogurt or ice cream
