Ingredients
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup mild salsa
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pieces

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a 13X9 inch baking pan, combine the broth, the beans, salsa and garlic. Add the chicken and baste with some of the liquid.
3. Bake, stirring once, until the chicken is cooked through and the liquid is reduced, about 45 minutes.
