Ingredients
- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 1 small tub of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wearing rubber gloves slice the jalapeno peppers from top top to bottom. Remove and discard the jalapeno pepper seeds.
In a bowl, combine cheddar and cream cheese. Mix well.
In another bowl combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
Spoon filling in each jalapeno half. Top each jalapeno with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden and crisp.
