Ingredients

  • 2 ( 3 ounces ) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ( 14-ounces ) can sweeted condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons leamon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh or frozzen raspberries
  • 1 ( 6-ounces ) READY CRUST Choclate Pie Crust
  • Chocolate Glaze ( recipe follows )

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat cream cheese in meduim bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla, mix well. Arrange raspberries on bottom of crust. Slowly pour cream cheese mixture over raspberries.
2. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wirerack.
3. Prepare Chocolate Glaze; spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate 3 hours Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Glaze; Melt 2 ( 1-ounce ) squares seisweet baking choclate with 1/4 cup whipping cream in small saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat.
