- White Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter or non-dairy substitute (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup +/- milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla extract

Step 1
Cream the milk and butter together with an electric mixer. Add half of the sugar, beating well to combine, then add the remaining ingredients, using only as much milk as is necessary to obtain a spreading consistency, then beating for several minutes until light and fluffy.
