Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
2/3 cup Bisquick
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp salt or garlic salt
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
3-4 lbs chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in 13 X 9 glass dish.

Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt, italian seasoning and pepper. Coat chicken with Bisquick mixture. Place in heated dish.

Bake 35 min. Turn chicken, bake 15 min.
