Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 3 c buttermilk
- 6 c light oil
- 1 ½ c of cornmeal
- 1 ½ c of flour
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablsp cumin
- 2 tablsp paprika
- 1 tablsp salt
- Dip
- 1 ½ c sour cream
- 1 sm jar chopped pimento
- handful of dill
- s & p

Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop your onions and put them in a 3 c of buttermilk for 5 – 10 mins. In a huge pot put in 6 c of light oil on med- high heat and wait for the oil to heat to 350 degrees.
2. Dip your Onion rings in the cornmeal mix and fry.
3. For the Dip combine all the toppings and enjoy.
